Leilai received his B.E. degree in Electronics and Information Engineering from Zhejiang University (Chu Kochen College), China. After graduation, he joined in the SOC Design and Test Lab at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering. His research focuses on flexible hybrid electronics (FHE), machine learning, anomaly detection and forecasting for IoT, weareble and biomedical applications. He has three summer research interns at Facebook (2019) and HP Labs (summer 2017-2018). He developed the FHE-PDK to enable design innovations of FHE systems and conducted research on bio-signals (ECG/PCG) classifications and anomaly detections using CNNs, RNNs and Autoencoder. He received Best Paper Awards Nomination of DATE 2018. The developed CNT-TFT Compact Model is available at: https://github.com/llshao/CNT-TFT-Verilog-A
